Ya estás en el paraíso

Breve, intenso y certero.

Cuándo al Dalai Lama se le preguntó qué es lo que más le sorprendía de la humanidad, contestó esto:

“Man.

Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.

Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.

And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;

the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;

he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

"El hombre.

Porque sacrifica su salud para hacer dinero.

Luego sacrifica su dinero para recuperar su salud.

Está tan ansioso respecto al futuro que no disfruta el presente;

y el resultado es que no vive ni en el presente ni en el futuro,

vive como si nunca fuera a morir, y muere sin realmente haber vivido nunca."

¿Cómo se te queda el cuerpo?

Se acabaron las preocupaciones.

El paraíso es aquí y ahora.
